Smoky Maple Walnuts

These smoky maple walnuts will satisfy all your cravings for sweet, savory, and crunchy while supplying you with many health benefits…

Keeping away from sugary, salty, processed foods and fats, while eating more fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, is one of the best ways to control the effects of fluctuating hormones we experience in perimenopause and menopause.

Including healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and protein, like those found in walnuts, is the key to success.

You’ll feel good about sharing these sweet and savory nutty wonders with friends and family, if you manage not to eat them all yourself! 🙂
